How people use the chore wheel
A chore wheel ends the negotiation. Load the week’s chores, and each person spins in turn; remove-the-winner is on so every chore goes to exactly one person. Or flip it: load the housemates and spin once for each chore. Families, flatshares and classrooms use the same wheel.
Weight the big jobs so they count for more, or split them: "Clean the bathroom" and "Clean the kitchen" as separate slices makes for a fairer round than one "Cleaning".

How do I make sure everyone gets the same number of chores?
Spin in strict rotation: person A, B, C, then A again. With remove-the-winner on, chores never repeat and each round of spins gives everyone one.
