A random NFL team wheel is how fantasy leagues set draft order, how video-game players pick a team for a challenge run, and how friends decide who has to root for the Jets this year. All thirty-two teams are loaded with equal odds; delete your own team if that is the game.
Remove-the-winner mode assigns every team once, which is what a draft-order or a "one team each" league needs. The Results list keeps the order.
