How people use the workout wheel
The workout wheel turns a circuit into a game: spin, do the move, spin again. Twelve bodyweight exercises are loaded with reps, plus a rest slice that comes up like any other. Remove-the-winner is on so a full round works through every exercise once. PE teachers and home exercisers use it the same way.
Edit the reps to your level, delete the moves you cannot do, and weight the rest slice ("Rest 60 seconds *2") on hard days. Fullscreen on a TV runs a group session.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to what teachers, hosts and streamers ask us most
Is this a workout plan?
No, it is a randomiser for exercises you have chosen. Consult a professional before starting a new exercise routine, and adapt the moves to your body.
Can I add weights or equipment moves?
Yes. Type any exercise on its own line. The wheel spins what you write.
How long is a round?
With twelve slices and remove-the-winner on, a round is twelve spins. Reset starts the next round.
